Casa Sendero de monos was built in 2020. Our modern furnished house has 2 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is accessible from both the room and the hallway.
The bedrooms can be reached directly from the large living-dining area. Both rooms have sliding doors that lead directly to the pool area with outdoor shower.
They are equipped with king-size beds, air conditioning and fans. A children’s travel cot is available and can be set up if necessary, a baby high chair is also available. There are two built-in wardrobes between the bedrooms and the bathrooms, including a safe.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster and mixer.
In the living room there is a 55 inch smart TV and an internet radio. WIFI is available in all rooms and on the terrace.
The large terrace with pool has space for 4 sun loungers and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. Of course, you can also use the kitchen island for this.
The property (1,35 acre) is located in a quiet environment, only 3 km from Samara and the beach.
The name of the house speaks for itself, you can often see the howler monkeys climbing along the trees on the property directly from the terrace.

There is a remote-controlled gate at the entrance to the property. There are enough parking spaces for vehicles below the house and directly at the house.

The house and the property are part of the forest, so there will be times when you come into contact with all kinds of animals. Howler monkeys, coatis, wrapped bears, frogs, toads and spiders are regularly out and about – don’t panic.
It happens more often that the power goes out. Most of the time, however, these interruptions are short-lived.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Make sure to switch off the air conditioning when leaving the house!
Use only with closed windows / doors! No continuous operation!
