Our Vision

We have a wide range of condos, homes, and villas with beach and jungle views within walking distance to the beach and beachfront for you to choose from. All accommodations offer fully equipped kitchens and furnishings.
We understand that the proper maintenance and effective cost management are the key ingredients in a good investment property. Our property management and rentals office is located in Samara, on the Guanacaste Pacific Coast. We offer professional property management services to home owners. Our service areas are Samara beach, Carrillo beach, Buena Vista beach and Camaronal beach.
We provide your property management service on a month-to-month basis. You may only need our services for a couple of months while you are away or you may need our full services most of the year, with reduced or no services while you are here.

Here is a list of some of our services as a property management company
- Effectively advertise all vacant properties
- Personally show properties to prospective renters
- Screening of new renters
- Renting of homes, apartments and condominiums
- Collection of rent and deposit to owner
- Reviewing and paying all expenses relating to the property
- Paying property taxes
- Keep accurate records of all transactions pertaining to your property
- Prepare quarterly statements
- Inspection of property for renters either checking in or checking out. Although normal wear and tear occurs, it is very important that the renter's security deposit should pay for any damages incurred during their stay
- Handling renters disputes
- All dealings with employees, cleaning, gardening, swimming pool, etc
- Obtaining quotes and overseeing workmanship on repairs to the property
- Monitor rental rates and make recommendations based on the local market
- Report to you the owner, all information pertaining to your property
